This page explains what the RJB Fuel website collects, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and how to ask for deletion. It will be updated once a contact channel for requests is confirmed.
What is collected
Only what you type into the seller inquiry form on the sell page: your name, email address, phone number, the station’s city, your property ownership status, whether real estate is included, any station details you choose to add, and the record of your consent. The form does not ask for payment or bank details, and you should not include them.
Why, and who receives it
Your details are used to review your inquiry and, if a conversation follows, to contact you. They are stored privately in the site and emailed to the mailbox the site owner sets up for inquiries. They are not published on this website. The form stays switched off until that mailbox is connected.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for 365 days and then deleted automatically. Until a deletion channel is published, this is the only way they are removed.
Deletion and questions
This site has no published contact address yet, so it cannot receive deletion requests today. A way to ask for your details to be deleted will be published on this page together with the contact address once one exists. Until then, please consider carefully what you enter in the form.
Cookies, scripts and logs
This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts, fonts or images. The one cookie this site sets is a functional cookie named sf_lead_r. It is set only after you send the inquiry form, either to hold what you typed for 10 minutes if the form is rejected so you do not have to retype it, or to show the confirmation message once after a successful send. It expires within 10 minutes and is not used for tracking. Like any website, the hosting and network providers that deliver it may keep ordinary access logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.
